"Estuvimos 4 noches intercaladas por nuestro circuito en las torres, El equipo de Andres y Monica es excelente nos brindaron una magnifica atención de su parte, Andres tiene una disposición increible, el hostel esta ubicado a dos cuadras del centro, las habitaciones comodas y limpias, cuando fuimos por el circuito a las torres nos guardaron nuestras cosas sin problemas, sin duda fué una experiencia que cuando volvamos Puerto Natales nos quedaremos nuevamente aca."

"YOU NEED TO STAY HERE. Andres and Monica are the most genuine, kind, caring and compassionate hostel owners I have ever met!!! I was evacuated out of Torres del Paine on the O trek due to a medical emergency and as soon as Andres and Monica heard they came straight to the hospital knowing I was travelling alone! They waited several hours till I was released and gave me some of their own food!! I truly felt cared for as if I was their own family! I love you guys ! I'll be back to thank them for sure!"
